Longstanding partnerships took the center stage at AC Health’s Client Appreciation Night as the organization celebrated a decade of shared impact in building a healthier workforce for the Philippines.

Among the key honorees was Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines, named Enterprise Partner of the Year for its deep, multifaceted collaboration with AC Health. The partnership exemplifies an integrated care model, spanning corporate clinic management across 35 sites via Healthway Medical Network, central pharmacy operations through Generika Drugstore, and specialized oncology care at Healthway Cancer Care Hospital.

“At Coca-Cola, we often say that our people are our greatest strength. But that belief only matters when we turn it into action—when our people can actually feel that they are cared for. That is what makes our partnership with AC Health so meaningful,” said Ann Margaret Santiago, People Vice President of Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines. “AC Health has helped us go beyond simply providing healthcare. Together, we are working to make health more accessible, more proactive, and more human for our Coke Tigers and their families.”

The ceremony recognized partner organizations across multiple sectors, presenting Transformative Social Impact Partner of the Year awards to the PhilHealth, Department of Social Welfare and Development, Iloilo Province, Valenzuela City, Taguig City, PwC, and Caritas Manila. Innovation Partners of the Year included Ayala Corporation, TTEC (formerly TeleTech), and Transcom, while HSBC, San Miguel Yamamura Packaging Corporation, Wells Fargo, Lufthansa, and Multicare Pharma were named Legacy Partners of the Year.

Care Beyond Cure Citation Awards were presented to the BPI, Collins Aerospace, Globe, International Container Terminal Services, Inc., Makati Development Corporation, Okada, Procter & Gamble, and Telstra. Meanwhile, Manila Water and QBE were recognized with the Care Beyond Cure Champion Awards.

Special distinction was also given to key partner organizations for their vital role in delivering exceptional service across the network. The Broker Awards recognized Marsh Philippines, Inc. and Lockton for connecting corporate clients with comprehensive healthcare solutions, while the HMO Awards honored Maxicare, iCare, PhilCare, and Intellicare for their partnership in streamlining patient care, strengthening medical coverage, and prioritizing member wellness.

Additionally, Ginhawang Generika Champion Awards were given to GCash, AC Mobility, and Globe. Actimed, Inc., Natrapharm, Inc., and Meedpharma received the Commitment to Care Champion Awards.

In his remarks, AC Health Vice Chairman and Ayala Corporation’s Chief Social Infrastructure Officer Paolo Borromeo expressed deep gratitude to the organization’s partners for their steadfast trust and collaboration through the years, emphasizing that AC Health’s growth would not have been possible without their shared commitment.

“I look back at the last decade of AC Health and what we have built with tremendous pride,” Borromeo said. “What began as a vision to make quality healthcare more accessible and affordable has grown into an integrated healthcare ecosystem serving millions of Filipinos through our hospitals, clinics, and pharma businesses. Today, AC Health is a major player in the Philippine healthcare industry and a close partner to our government, to our insurers, and to our many clients.”

Borromeo noted his continued mission leading the Ayala Group’s newly formed Social Infrastructure Group, bringing together healthcare, education, community development, and sustainability.

Meanwhile, AC Health President and CEO Dr. Num Tanthuwanit outlined strategic priorities focused on clinical excellence, doctor engagement, operational optimization, and ecosystem synergy across Healthway Medical Network, Generika Drugstore, St. Joseph Drug, I.E. Medica, and MedEthix.

“Our opportunity now is to bring these strengths closer together, operate as one strong unit, and create a more seamless healthcare experience for the people and organizations we serve,” Dr. Num emphasized. “We will strengthen clinical excellence and patient experience, drive operational excellence, and unlock greater synergy across the AC Health ecosystem, connecting our different capabilities so that our clients can benefit from the full strength of One AC Health.”

Addressing corporate partners, Dr. Num reinforced AC Health’s commitment to expanding access and service innovation.

“For our clients, this means we want to be more than simply a healthcare provider,” Dr. Num shared. “We want to understand the evolving health needs of your organizations and your people, and work with you to develop solutions that make quality healthcare easier to access, more connected, and ultimately more effective.”

Established in 2015, AC Health has rapidly grown into one of the country’s most dynamic and integrated healthcare networks, driven by its vision to transform health for every Filipino.

AC Health operates across two core pillars—provider and pharma—creating a seamless healthcare ecosystem that addresses the full continuum of care. Its portfolio includes Healthway Medical Network, a network of corporate clinics, multi-specialty clinics, ambulatory centers, and full-service hospitals; Generika Drugstore, a pioneer in generic retail pharmacies; IE Medica, a major pharmaceutical importer and distributor; St. Joseph Drug, a leading retail pharmacy in North and Central Luzon; and St. Joseph Drug Powered by SUGI, a Japanese-inspired wellness pharmacy concept developed in partnership with Japan’s SUGI Holdings.

Through its provider and pharma pillars, AC Health creates a seamless and integrated healthcare ecosystem for the Filipino patient.
