Let Your Body Speak. Walk mindfully. Sway Gently. Stretch where it feels tight.

Practice Intentional Movement. Try doing Tai Chi, trauma-Informed yoga, dance and creative movement, or swimming.

Seek the Support You Need. Talk to trusted friends, family, or a therapist.

Trust your pace. Trust your body.
